Stopped at the Bartlett location on the way back from TX. Seriously good fried chicken! Highly recommend.

Great chicken. I thought their downtown Memphis location was much better than their original Memphis location though.

Sides are just average but the chicken is to die for. If they could up their sides it would be great.

They literally give you a piece of white bread they probably buy from Kroger for 99 cents a loaf. Ridiculous

I don't understand -- you want them to bake their own bread loaves? I know plenty of legit chicken/BBQ places that give sliced bread straight out of the bag. The thing is, the bread absorbs all of the aroma from the chicken and just makes it taste that much better.
