I'm thinking a sausage, chicken, chicken gizzard and oyster gumbo will be pretty damn good.

Going to dig some out of the freezer right now. Freezer gumbo on a rainy day is like winning the lottery. All enjoyment, no work or cleanup. ETA: it was turkey/andouille, and it was delicious.

Read all of the posts and thought about it. However it is snowing (occasional flurries) and sleeting (occasionally) and with the end of the world coming I will probably just eat Sous Vide corndogs and whiskey.
