I love that stuff. But it's so trashy and bad for you. I was at a place in Natchez that had sausage and Rotel dip on the menu, but they put it in cream cheese and topped it with cheddar. It was glorious.

I make my own all the time, but the sweet crap at the store is totally nostalgic

I like Palmetto pimento cheese with jalapenos.

Fried chicken
BBQ shrimp when I take the bread dipping past reasonable.
Hollandaise sauce
Hot bread and butter
