I run my generator once a month to make sure it's in working order. Pulled it out yesterday and the grounding wire had broken off. I looked and can't find where it was originally attached. I looked in the manual and found the ground lug, but there's no way that's where it originally was attached. Is it acceptable to just attach it to any bolt that's on the frame? I know done say it's not needed, but I've always had one.

Edit: Obviously wrong board. Sorry. Good replies though.

I've had it ground with 1/3 brisket and 1/3 chuck and grilled it before. It was pretty good. Not as good as ground air compressor though.

I'd sauté it in butter with some fresh rosemary and crushed garlic. Baste well with the browned butter at the end. That should fix it right up.

Maybe try to curie it in a nice demi-glaze or espagnole for about an hour at low heat.

Ground air compressor requires liberal amounts of catsup to be edible unless microwaved properly.
