SEA CHANGE

Here's the daily special board at Sea Change. We laughed at the spelling of "Artic" Char...should be Arctic.
Holly was my favorite Chef until she got knocked up and had to quit...

I had a good ceviche featuring scallops

Grilled octopus

More scallops, this time in a bacon chawan mushi

Some dessert that Holly conjured up with sorbet and mango...

Are you serious Clark? I froze my worse off outside today. It's 42 degrees here with a windchill of 36.
FYI: It was in the 70's yesterday, 40's today, 50's tomorrow, 60's on Wednesday, and 70's again on Thursday. Only in Minnesota.

I forgot to mention New Bohemia if in Minneapolis.

I had a fantastic smothered rattlesnake and rabbit sausage with German potato salad. Great specialty beer in a casual setting. Good place to watch a game too. While you're in MN, drink Bell's which you can't get in LA and thank me later.

Pussy.

I was there during Hennepin and it was 45 degrees BELOW ZERO.

It will be in the 70's this weekend.

That was nothing, I've lived in Minnesota my whole life. The 45 below was wind chill, not actual temperature. I've experienced 45 below temps and wind chills of 75 below.
