I'm heading to dinner at Nola on Saturday night. Good choice? Just trying something I haven't had before. Any must haves or advice. Thanks to the best board on this site

I thought he meant he was going to the restaurant Nola...the one owned and operated by Emeril.

If that's the case I enjoyed it the one time I went, though it was a few years ago and quite a few drinks were consumed.

Get Mrs Hayes Stuffed Chicken Wings as an app...it's a must. Never had a bad meal there yet.The turtle soup, years ago, was very good. Have fun.

Ahh, I thought it was an odd way to word a thread

I meant emerils place Nola, which is why I said "at" not "in". Sorry for the confusion...

Get the duck. That stuff is awesome. I've only been once and it's what I got and it was delicious. People I was with ordered shrimp&grits which was also pretty good. That duck though..
