I'm curious are you wanting to cook alligator b/c LSU is playing Florida? And if so, why is there such a must to eat alligator the day we play the "Gators"? I'm really intrigued by the necessity to eat a version fo the mascot of the team LSU plays. I just have never seen why people will go to the end of the earth for a link of alligator sausage for the Florida game. Hope you find the gator.
