Smoky Mountain Brewery is hands down one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg. We were told to hit it up by a local. We ended up eating there 3 out of 6 nights we were in town. The brewmaster pizza and the white pizza are two of the best i've ever had. the pretzels and beer cheese are killer as well. I'm not a drinker but my inlaws were killin all their homebrewed flavored beers. Anyway, i'm a foodie and this place was a breath of fresh air. We ended up just cooking at the cabin the other 3 nights because it was better than pretty much everything else GTL had to offer.

Smoky (no e) Mountain Brewery is very much like the Calhoun's chain in Knoxville if you ever been to one of those, because it is owned by that restaurant group. Some of the same dishes. Decent food, but I wouldn't call it the best.

This is a very good restaurant and more upscale than the name would lead you to believe. It's a step or two below Blackberry Farm, but we had an excellent meal there. Definitely recommended!
