This is a recipe book that was compiled by Texas fans on their fanboard, HornFans.com. It's similar in some ways to our own recipe book/thread I guess. I downloaded it some years ago because it appears to have some good Tex-Mex recipes. Plenty of chili and rice recipes. It even has some international recipes. I'll put a download link in our recipe thread, too.

The table of contents is a bit off. And I've tried to clean up their grammar and punctuation errors as well as I can without wasting too much time - so much for the "superior" UT education.

I compiled the original book here and maintained it through the fourth version before my previous account was banned (and all acknowledgment for my work was deleted by a POS poster who tried to take all credit).
There is no doubt about the similarities, as I modeled our book off of that thread and their book. I even started the post with "I saw this on Hornfans. I think we should do it here."
