For everyone who thinks Canes is too expensive

I went to a Dairy Queen today in a pinch in West Texas and ordered the chicken strip basket. 4 room temp strips, a piece of white bread toast and some French fries... For 7.49 with drink before tax. Not even close to the amount of food or the quality from raising canes, and for pretty much the same price as te box combo!
Moral of the story: canes is a good deal compared to other options

I'm glad I don't eat fast food. Only on extremely hungover days will I eat Canes. It's delicious I'll admit that.

i was in jackson for 3 weeks.

I eat canes once or twice a year.

There's a DQ up in Natichitoches that I would go to 100 times before I'd go to any canes 1 time.

Not in BR. I read on here all the time how much better Popeyes chicken strips are. They flat out suck. They are drier than sand. I have to literally take sips of drink with each bite just to help swallow. I will never order them again, and i've given them about 5 chances over the years. Cane's while pricey is way better than Popeyes.

Canes chicken fingers taste like grease. You can go to freaking Piccadilly and get better tasting chicken strips with two actual sides for 2 dollars less.

Ive never eaten the chicken fingers at Popeye's. But the regular chicken and sides are way better than anything canes offers ,and cheaper.

Picadilly 's chicken tender meal is 5.99 sometimes 4.99. I've never had them so I can't comment on that but you are wrong on half of it.
