Vegetarian dishes.

Food I like to eat and cook begins with a protein, and everything else is built around that. Vegetarian eating may be healthier in some ways, but if I had to become one of those Vegimatarians I'd probably shoot myself.

Furthermore, Vegans sort of creep me out.

Coffee, broccoli,squash, sushi, dark beer, tomatoes, anything coconut in flavor.

Liver of any kind. It's probably the only food I cannot swallow. I can't even eat rice dressing if chicken livers are in it, no matter how finely chopped or ground it is.

The only things I can't stand are undercooked/raw bell peppers, canned vegetables, and licorice. I have no desire to ever like those things though.
