the Thai one is legit. Always forget the name. They have a chicken veggie special which I always get. Huge portion.

Rollin Fatties seems to be really popular.
The Thai truck is solid, but a little sweet for me.
Red Stove is the Greek truck I believe and is good.
BBQ truck is good, but he adds his own tip without you asking.
Hibachi is good from what I've heard.
If you want a hamburger, just go to Handsome Willies. They are across the parking lot.
