This may be one of my favorite places in Nola.... My heart sank the day Bourdain ate there on his show... have not been able to eat there without a wait since.

This time of the year, I miss the fish patty they served at Pentagon Cafeteria in the early 90s. I would put one on a bun and dress it with lettuce, tomatoes, raw onion and tartar sauce.

I know this thread is more for those that went to LSU, but when I lived in Auburn there was a Mediterranean place that was one of the few to stay open until 3 or 4am called Insomnia. They sold some fire grilled lamb gyros. It was so satisfying when you had the 2am munchies

I remember the old Great Wall....IIRC, it had a stir fried crawfish and zucchini dish.
