I'm not really sure. I've had a few craft beers before and I really liked them. Can't remember the names though.

Eta: it's hard to be picky underage.

You're from Alabama or Georgia? Get a local craft beer.

Alabama - Good People, Straight to Ale
Georgia - Terrapin, Sweetwater

I can't even tell you the first legal beer I had was (and that was only 2 1/2 years ago).

Georgia. I was leaning towards a Sweetwater. Bunch of places around here have it on tap.

I'm just starting to get into craft brews. Everyone has different taste but I am finding that I like amber or dark ales most.. I've tried a couple of IPAs and they're a tad rough, especially for newbs so I hear. I read that Sierra Nevada is a good starting point, they have a pretty wide variety of beers and the majority are all at least decent or better. I need to get some stouts in soon. Anyway, looks like Sweetwater blue would be a good one

Do it. Sweetwater has some really good beers. I recommend their IPA.

Make sure it is NOT Black Voodoo beer. I drank that as a young lad of 13 as my first ever sip of beer. I was turned off of beer until about 23.

Pearl, Lone Star, or Jax assuming you can find any of them.

And yes, I know I'm dating myself.
