It's good. Not quite as full-flavored and complex as the classic, but a little more refreshing to me and the dry-hopping adds a nice component.

If it doesn't disappear all together it tends to get peppery.

Obviously, once in a barrel things can change. Some flavors can get stronger or weaker. Coffee just doesn't hold up well over time.

SBD Zappa Dust Seis.....as usual....2 weeks after kegging and it has gotten better. The bitterness is starting to show itself.

BDs at Hops and Pie in Denver. Standouts were jacks abbey DIPL, Boom Juice by Lord Hobo and a surprising honorable mention to the chin wag cask ESB (lots of simcoe shines through with cask temps and low malt sweetness, only 39 IBU)
