FBD - Monday Suds Edition

Went to Vermont for the weekend and will be breaking into the reserves today.
FBD will be a Focal Banger.
Weekends Haul includes:
Alchemist - Heady Topper
Alchemist - Focal Banger
Alchemist - Crusher
Alchemist - Broken Spoke
Lawson's Finest - Sip of Sunshine
Burlington Beer Co - Light in the Window
Stowe Cider - Shandy
Two Roads - Two Juicy
Von Trap - IPL
Didn't get the chance to swing by Hill Farmstead this trip so I didn't get to fill my growlers, but I had tons of their beers on draft over the weekend. Will be back in VT for the Brewers Festival in a couple months and will hit up their brewery then for sure.
Edit: I wanted to add my thoughts and feelings on the new brewery that Alchemist opened, since it was my first time going. It's very nice and clean, and it's certainly nice to be able to walk in and get multiple 4-packs without even having to wait in line, but the place was just....sterile. There was a Jazz trio playing when we went. It just felt really inauthentic and try-hard. But I prefer my breweries to be more like Other Half, so maybe thats just me.

Funny you say that. My wife is making a list of places we want to go when we head up there for the Vermont Brewers Festival, and that one was definitely on the list.

FBD - Breakside India Golden Ale DIPA.
I like my breweries to be authentic, too. Some of the newer breweries up here have done a great job of Creston authentic atmospheres. Hard to define it, but I know it when I see it.
