Its 5 blocks from my house. Used to be great when Rich Higgins was the brewer. He left and now they have this guy from Marin Brewing and its not as good. IMO they dumb downed the beers and now I rarely go there. I went 2 or 3 weeks ago with a friend and the beer was very meh.

Interesting. Think they dumbed them down to draw in more of a crowd? Or to save money? Man you get exposed to so much beer out there.

XBDs were Canebrakes and Envies while my clients ate boiled shrimp and crabs and ate boudin. They found my cooler and are drinking my beer now. They prefer Parish and Tin Roof to Fat Tire and Newcastle, naturally
