Haha. After drinking a SN Celebration that wa aged for 20 years I plan on aging some Celebration this year. Clear now??

Started with a wasatch pumpkin, then a mikkeller citra, now have a bottle of Merry Edwards Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.

My brewer friend says celebration is a great beer to age.

I found it at this bar that is in a building that used to be home to SF Brewery. The brewer aged a ton of celebration years.

Hope that helps. I'm not ire why aging it works but it was great.
