Al pastor or shrimp are my top two. But if I'm in Southern California, I'll be eating California burritos stuffed with Carne Asada at Robertos all day

In my humble opinion, based on when in Mexico, Mexican beef is old meat. They slaughter old decrepit cows and use American tenderizer and hammer the living daylights out of it to soften it up.

I´d say cabrito, supposing of course, it´s a young goat.

Unless they have tortas then I'm getting a torta, for the torta meat I go with al pastor if that's available otherwise Barbacoa.

I know this gringo but they have best flour tortilla's that I have that weren't my Mexican neighbor/adopted grandma's.
