What'cha drinking, ginger ale/beer wise? I tried a Hollows & Fentimens recently; tasty, but not extraordinarily so. Barritts is my current fave.
--underwhelmed by the Fever Tree version, ditto for Goslings
--like the Swamp Pop GA; nice cucumbery overtones
--Sprecher is my all time fave, but it's impossible to find without resorting to mail-order
--Bundaberg is too sweet.

Try ginger beer instead.

My favorite widely accessible brand...

Blech to Seagram's. It earned my unending ire b/c at some point, the non-diet formula was changed to include sucralose. I drank a non-diet Seagrams on a long plane flight & had two days of vacation ruined by an epic migrane triggered by the sucralose. If you put fake sugar chemicals in a product, the label should damn well say so. In big letters.

And it has virtually no ginger flavor anyway.

Not a fan of Reeds...to me, it's harsh & hot. I don't mind the heat, but I don't like the sharp/bitter notes added by fruit juice/honey/citrus in the Reeds.

Yup, pleasantly hot. Not for Canada Dry fans.

Ale 8-one is delicious. Tried it at Peche a while ago. Unfortunately they stopped carrying it because it wasn't selling enough.

i've actually started drinking ginger ale recently when i eat out for lunch or breakfast, instead of having a coke zero ... have no idea about the various brands, but a biscuit house here in b'ham has boylan's and i thoroughly enjoyed it ...

Not a fan of Reed's either. I just don't get much flavor from it. I always go with Goslings
