Halibut, doing some tonight it is like eating a slab of crabmeat ( about as expensive as crab too)

Sword Fish is really good but it isn't so good the second day if you have leftovers. Salmon is my favorite and then tuna of any sort then Mahi.

Undercook a bit, they will continue to cook.....they are great. You can overcook in a heartbeat & that sux.
