My current favorites are toum which is a middle eastern garlic sauce and harissa a north African pepper paste. (Out of curiosity do the Lebanese restaurants in Baton Rouge serve toum with their food?) I am also really big on Kroger brand Sriracha mustard.

As far as more traditional condiments I would have to go with hot sauce and salsa. What ya got?

Good to hear. Be warned, apply ketchup after you microwave the steak. Otherwise it gets all nasty.

And to answer your original question, i really love zattarains creole mustard. I use that all the time.

As far as off the wall condiments, not really off the wall but prepared fresh horseradish. Love the nose drip

I like to mix horseradish with ketchup. It reminds me of shrimp cocktail sauce but it's great on burgers or sammiches.
