I've got a little at the house, but need to get some more the pork butts I'm smoking tomorrow.
What is y'alls favorite sauce?

They only pulled pork I didn't want BBQ sauce, was the cochon de lait from Walkers by the lake. That shite is amazing, though I did splash some crystal on it.

This is simple as hell to make from stuff you probably have on hand, and almost everybody who tries it loves it.
No. 5 Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon rub
Optional: molasses, hot sauce, chili powder, etc. Get creative.
Simmer on low to marry the flavors and thicken as desired.

Jack Miller's is my go-to
When I want something sweeter I mix 1 part Sweet Baby Ray's original and 1 part Stubb's spicy. I got the idea from a poster on this board whose name I can't remember. It's easy and great on ribs.

They had a bottle of Guy Fieri BBQ sauce that looked really good. So I went with that.

Just kidding. I wouldn't buy something with that douche's picture on the front.
The store had a weak selection, so I went with Sweet Baby Rays. I'll probably try mixing it with the last of my Stubbs, and maybe even try that recipe twenty 49 posted. I have a good butt rub I'll slap in there. It's the wild Willy's rub from the Smoke and Spice cookbook. It's great on a butt.
Thanks for the recommendations.

A well smoked butt needs no sauce. If you must, I suggest a South Carolina style mustard sauce.
