At the risk of being labeled a cretin, I can't get enough of it. It's really good in my opinion. It's also really nice when your doctor tells you to cut back on both red-meat and sausage to 3-4 times/month.

Is anyone/no-one else a fan?

I like it, very comparable to pork. i try to only cook (heat i guess is better description since it's already smoked) the amount we will eat for that meal because I find it dry on eating the left overs

If I'm buying chicken sausage I buy fresh.... If I'm buying mass produced sausage I'm definitely not buying manda. I'll get verons, French settlement, savoies or Richards. Too me manda is a distant last place. But, I'm from Acadia parish.... Just what I like
