I need a good duck recipe. I have about 8-10 grey duck breasts. Any ideas??

Next time, don't breast them out. Much better "on the bone" and makes a great gravy when roasted whole.

tenderize and fry it or make duck bombs. Plain seared duck just doesn't do it for me.

Skin/fat still on'em? If so, seared skin on is excellent. W/o skin? No.

Duck bombs (bacon wrapped, jalap, creamcheese) is easiest if people dont want wild taste... A strong marinade like a Dales for 15-20 min helps, but dam sure wash it off after 15-20 min because that stuff is crazy salty.

U can boil them and make a gumbo w the stock.... Its not as good as w bones, but has a duck flavor.

Slice thin, soak n milk n hot sauce... N fry

Smoke them over a good wood and run them thru a food processor w seasonings for a duck dip/spread

Soak in citrus, heavy season then sear and slice thin - serve as fajitas

I soak overnight in a mango marinade from Winn Dixie. Cut breast into two or more pieces. Make k-bobs with onion, bell pepper, bacon tomato and breast. Use very thin bacon cut into three sections. First stick very end of bacon, then put on breast, then wrap breast by sticking on the other end of bacon. Alternate with onion and pepper and grill.
