How are the raw oysters here? They run a .45 Monday special. TIA

Stroubes runs almost the same special on Tuesday nights, except they charge .50 cents per chargrilled oyster, plus the food is considerably better.

And priced considerably higher.

Looks like the oyster special is roughly 5 cents more per oyster. That was the topic of this thread right??

Actually, the price is less important than the quality. I don't eat raw oysters just anywhere.

I've never had their oysters but I find everything else at Drusilla to be utterly disgusting.

And the oysters are no better. Chargrilled were severly over cooked last time I ordered them, and the raw tasted like they had been chilling in the cooler for a couple of hours. I watched them pull the tray out of the walk-in. I'd hit up Chimes happy hour daily 4-7 or Mike Andersons on Tuesday all night I think.
