Dolce Vita Pizza

I love, love, love pizza! I rarely meet a pizza that I don't like, but at the same time, I rarely find one that absolutely wows me.
The pepperoni pizza at Dolce Vita blew me away. I LOVE this pizza! The crust is thin with a slight crispiness to it, thanks to the wood fired oven.
You can tell that the ingredients are high quality, which is really important! I don't know where they get their pepperoni, but it's amazing!

I really like Dolce Vita, but find it difficult to drive past Pizza Domenica.
This is the difference for me. I like DV's crust, but it doesn't have the same pull that Domenica's crust. I like it crisp, but with a little chew.

I had DV once during mardi gras last year and I liked it a lot.

It's been around for a year and a half? I didn't realize it was that old.

I think it opened right before last mardi gras. I used to work over in that area.
