Dipping Sauce Advice

Attempting to fry chicken salad rolled in bread crumbs and am looking for something to dip them in. Was thinking of a jalapeno mayo, but open to suggestions.

Ranch or a yogurt, cucumber and dill or mint sauce.

A mayo based sauce seems fitting, but consider using sour cream as a base.

Chipotle ranch

2 tbsp ranch (or mayo or greek yogurt, sour cream etc)

One sliced chipotle in adobo sauce

Squeeze of lime

Pinch of chopped cilantro

Any kind of southwest/mexican seasoning

Mix in small bowl.im using it tonight on a grilled chcken salad with black bean soup.
