Curbside slacking?

Man I hope the burger is worth it. This is my 3rd attempt to try and get a burger from this place. First attempt the guy taking orders was a complete a-hole and I just left. Second attempt their Facebook stated they would be open until 2 and wound up closing at 12:45. Now they state they are open at 11 but are still prepping and it's 11:30 and no menu outside. It shouldn't be so hard to give them my money.

I've never had a problem. I'll be there shortly to devour a burger and assess.

I got the KGB burger it was good the patty and egg were a bit under seasoned but still good. The weimer fries were awesome, cheese was grated thin almost like a powder. I'd go back for the fries but under better service.

Most overrated burger I've had. $12 for a burger and fries is ridiculous for that caliber of burger.

I'd spend just about double what Curbside costs versus eating at other burger places in BR

Quality of the burger has gone down lately unfortunately ... Not sure why.
And they need to put more meat on those things.

The guy in front of me went to give his order and was told it came with a drink he asked what drinks were offered since no drink list was given on the board. The order taker rolled his eyes and in shock the guy just blurted coke. The same thing happened to me since I also wasn't sure what the list of drinks was. I said diet coke,he states were out of that in an exhausted tone. I ask well what do you have, he proceeds to roll his eyes again so I said frick it and left.

It might not be the service as much as the way the business is run. I think if you are running a business and you are charging those kind of prices you are putting yourself out there for quality and consistency. When you say we're open from 11-2 ,you start taking orders at 11 not 11:30. On the flip side you dont close early unless some sort of dire emergency or you are not able to replenish product. I mean 12:45 and you're closed, c'mon.

I think it's an awesome burger 
$12 for a burger and fries is what you'll pay at most specialty burger joints because they sell them separately, unfortunately. I don't get fries usually if they're sold separately.
