Any suggestions on something to mix with it?
Tried a few things, sweet tea so far has been the best.

Maybe a little water. I heard it was very sweet and best thing to do with it was to reduce and use over pancakes.

How about reducing a mix of the crown maple and hot sauce and putting it over chicken and waffles? I'm not gonna try it myself, but I think it could work

straight over ice with a good cigar. wife used some to make a topping for bread pudding and that was excellent.
