Wife wants me to cook this for her friends tonight. I don't cook creamy sauces often. Please give me a simple recipe for the creamy/cheese sauce! Thanks in advance.

you can either cook a thin bechamel and add cheese or reduce whipping cream on a low fire and add cheese. I prefer the thin bechamel with added cream so it doesn't break too easy. Good luck!

I make a chicken bacon pasta that has a cream sauce. I use a carton of whole cream, warm it in a pan, and mix in half a container of parmesan cheese. You can add some seasoning if you like, but usually the chicken is seasoned enough when I cook it. Plus the saltiness from the bacon helps. It's terrible fro you, but really tasty and simple to make.

You can keep it simple.
Sautee up your proteins. Set aside.
Add milk, or half n half, cream, or a mix of the 3(depending on how rich you want it) until it simmers.
Add seasonings and grated or shredded parmesan. Let it reduce.
Add back protein. Toss with penne.
You can sautee some onions/bells/garlic before you add your cream as well. I like a smooth sauce so I'll strain my sauce before I add my proteins back. You can add tomatoes, sundrieds, spinach...whatever.

I always cook some onions, red and bell peppers in mine.
