Cooking my first rotissierie chicken.

Over charcoal. Got any tips or advice that I should know about?

Make sure you truss it up pretty tight and don't let the fire get over 400 degrees. I like to cook mine at about 350. Also, try to have a slightly higher temperature under the thigh as you want that to cook till 170 degrees and the breast to 160 degrees.
