Cooking Contest

Need help deciding what to cook in an upcoming contest. It is a for bragging rights contest. I am thinking of stuffing a boston butt or something from Mr. Pig. Any suggestions.

What kind of contest? Can you cook anything?

We can cook anything but it "has" to be cooked onsite. It is for super bowl sunday and we have to cook for at least 20 people. It has to be cooked by black iron, open flame, frying, smoking or grilling. Man Cooking, so to speak! The last 4 winners have had pork in the dish. I won 2 years ago with Pulled Pork Egg Rolls. Fried Bacon won another year.
