Cooked a nice piece of beef tonight (pics)

Started drinking then got hungry and decided to cook some beef. Also made a little sauce. Although it didn't need the sauce I was feeling good and experimented. It was pretty good but I should have wrote what I did down.

Meat is a trip tip. Sauce I deglaze the pan and added red wine and a little wish, flour and slice garlic
