Give me $60K and I'll do a kitchen that'll make your jaw hit the ground.

I can't remember the breakdown but all in on the structure, the bar, the kitchen, fire pit, plumbing, electrical, painting, stone, and appliance install was just over 42k. All other costs were appliances, gutters, fence, floors, furniture, and all the little things that complimented the project (house exclusion, misting system, mosquito spraying contract, first few kegs, camera system, sand for kids' sand box, rocks for drainage etc.)

Eta:
If I'm ball parking on memory, just the roof, columns and the electrical that went into that was around 23k. Kitchen and bar with plumbing and electric was maybe 17k. Fire pit was just over 2k.

Very nice!! I'm jealous. The only thing I would say, which is minor and can be easily done (even by yourself possibly) is to extend the concrete further out around the fire pit. It doesn't look like there's enough room for chairs all the way around it, maybe I'm wrong about that though.

Either way, looks sweet.

I got a bar stool and a pint or 10 for an away game this year with your name on it.

Jimmy, the only thing I did was dig the rock drain and write checks.
