Actually a relative of mine has a cafe/coffee bar in another city, she offered wifi and was soon beset by the squatters who didn't buy enough product to justify the expense.
I throttled back her wifi speed and turned off the ac outlets next to the tables so they can't sit longer than their batteries last. I also recommended a server stop by the tables to offer to take an order at least once every half hour.
Profits are up, squatters down.
