I knew Stephen in school. I wouldn't call him a friend but he's a good guy.

That said I am concerned that(without one of the founders in the picture) he will focus on making City Pork a franchisable concept and quality will go down.

if that's what he wanted he would have stayed with the southfin concept...that one is set up and ready to roll. City pork is much more cumbersome to franchise

That would be awesome. I hate driving from industriplex to perkins to eat lunch and don't like City pork. Win/Win for me if that were to happen.

southfin is basically fast food...really good and good for you fast food, but the set up and concept is the same. city pork has more in common with fast casual, and they'd have to standardize menus, decor, service, etc

southfin is ready to go, and clearly intends to go to multi-unit/franchise
