My wife and I along with our 18 month old went there earlier tonight and it was disgusting to the point of being unedible! My son would not eat it at all.

yeah it's pretty unbearable, last time I ate cici's i had uncontrollable diarrhea so take from that what you want

Why would you go to CiCi's?
DiGiorno is better and it's cheaper, plus you make it in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Catman, no not really. I think you misunderstood my point. I think Johnny's has good pizza, it's just not the best pizza I've ever had.
His buffet is really good and worth the price, I just won't get a to-go from there anymore.

No I was talking to the OP.. Johnny's in Monroe not NY Pizza Johnnys.. The original poster always declares it the best pizza in the world and that he has eaten the pizza in NYC and Johnnys is better.. Guess its an inside food board joke..

CiCi's is the bottom of the barrel for pizza. I went there a few weeks back for the first time in a couple years. I didn't go in expecting much, but it was even worse than I remembered it. Just awful.
BTW...I would have to come home, and lick the end of a shotgun, if I had to shout "welcome to Cici's" a hundred times a day.

The one in Baton Rouge on Siegen is HORRIBLE. The one on Airline in Metairie is awesome.

the cici's on corporate is decent. haven't been there in several months though. I really don't like pizza on a buffet. But, i really love CiCi's cheese bread. That's the only food i would actually go back for seconds for. :jump1:

This must be the case. NOLA people say cici's is better than gattis and I just don't get that at all.
Johnny DeAngelo's buffet near coursey is solid.

Personally, I think the ONLY thing I'd change about Gattis is using mozz instead of 100% provolone. Other than that, for the money, it's slammin.
