I boil my chicken and set aside.
Mix 1 can Cream of mushroom soup and 1 can rotel diced tomatoes plus a block of velveta cheese and place in a large bowl and put in microwave to melt and mix to make a creamy sauce.
Cut up chicken in cubes.
Boil your noodles.
In baking dish, lawyer like this.
spaghetti
chicken
layer of sauce
spaghetti
chicken
layer of sauce.

Place in over at 300 for 45 minutes or until top layer of sauce starts bubbling.
enjoy

-Boil chicken in large pot
-Strain chicken broth into smaller pot and bring
back to boil for pasta.
-Melt 1 stick of butter in large pot, and add
celery, onion and mushrooms to pot and sautee.
Add some bell pepper & fresh garlic if desired.
-Once celery is tender and onion is clear, add 1
can cream of mushroom, 1 can of tomato soup, and
1 block of velveeta. Mix until melted.
-Add cubed chicken and pasta back to mixture. If
mixture is too thick, add a little chicken broth.
If too thin, pasta and chicken will soak it up.

Now everybody knows damn good and well the velveeta casserole would get eaten by ninety nine percent of the people on this board and it would go faster than a hooker on nickel night.

this was my grandmothers recipie....i dig it (ima garlic nut, so i added garlic, garlic salt, garlic powder as i grew older).....

Ingrediants:
2 fryers or 1 hen cooked tender, meat taken from the bone (i season with Tonys and grill as it adds flavor, she boiled and made her stock)
1/2 cup Oleo
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
2 stalks celery
1 jar pimento
1 can cr of mushroom soup
1 clove garlic
hot sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt

Sautee garlic, onion, celery, & bell pepper in butter til tender. Add soup & pimento.

Sauce:
1/2 c flour
1/2 c Oleo
1 can tomato sauce
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
sprinkle garlic salt
1/2 t hot sauce (i use crystal, she used tabasco)
4 c chicken stock/broth

Add flour to melted Oleo; add other sauce ingredients until smooth

Mix chicken, soup mixture & sauce . Add 1 1/2 - 2 pkgs spaghetti cooked in broth, sprinkle cheese on top & bake in 350 degree over for 30 mins.
