Just opened last week in Shreveport. My first visit here

You can get any of the chicken salad types as a scoop or as a sandwich on white, wheat or crossaint. On the side you can get a "scoop, soup or side". Today's soups were broccoli cheddar and loaded potato. The chicken salad itself was pretty solid. Enough to come back and try the other variations.

One just opened in Mandeville. It was a shitshow of an opening but the bacon chicken salad and jalapeño pimento cheese were really good

It's all soccer moms all day.

You can get it on a sandwich or alone. I think they do catering so you can probably get it by the pint or so.

I like the Dixie Chick (has onions) and the pimento cheese. Didn't love the lemon basil and another that I can't recall, but I think it had bacon and cheddar.

Sure, you can make it at home, but sometimes when you're at work and looking for something to pick up, it's nice to have another option.

I went to fresh market at like 1:30 Saturday and there was still a line out onto 22 back to the redlight. I can't imagine what that did to traffic at lunch.

Some lady started it in her kitchen at home. Can't remember if she got divorced BEFORE or AFTER she came up with the idea.

God, that's the truth. I wonder what their franchising options are like.

Chicken salad is probably one of my top 5 foods.

I'm surprised there isn't a "skinny" one on the menu made with fat free Greek yogurt in the place of mayo. People buy light options up like crazy, and if it is really a soccer mom place, that would kill.
