Toss it out. Not worth it. After four hours food sitting out isn't worth eating.

what? have you never returned to an RV from a Tiger football game and seen the carnage being rendered by half (or fully) drunken Tiger fans on the remnants of the pregame BBQ or fried fish? I speak from experience- that's some of the best grub available.

I left a pork loing in the oven overnight.

Ate some for lunch.

No suspicious bowel movements or symptoms of imminent death... yet

left it out

at 10 am i cut it up and put it in my eggs

My grandparents and anyone born before 1940 would look at you like you were crazy! I just heard a story how they hung meat outside all day and ate it.

since I live by myself, I cook a large amount of protein and eat it all that week. Just so happened that I was free to cook late at night

if the chicken is fully cooked, you should be OK. If its "rare" shite can it. I leave food out all the time and never have a problem eating it the next day. Seafood is the exception.
