Takin some clients 2morro night..... Never been before. Never thought of it, actually.... But they picked.
Anything a must have? Apps? Anything to stay away from?

Apps: If you like creamy crab cakes, get them as an app. Cup of Duck and Sausage gumbo is good too, but very thick - and low and behold, its served with rice 
Most everything on the menu is very good. There is nothing I can recommend that you should stay away from.

I used to eat at the one in Metairie a lot. I love their crab cakes.

Good to hear. Checked out the menu. May do sea bass or duck, depending on their specials. Probably gonna stay away from their steaks unless otherwise instructed

Yes. He also had a place in Destin. he feared that his restaurant in Lafayette was suffering, so he closed Metairie and Destin to devote his efforts solely to Lafayette. Good restaurant - great gumbo and the wood grilled fish dishes are always nice.
