Will be there next week. What are some good casual spots? already got Husk and fig booked

I am traveling back after the game so looking for something laidback with good beer and good food that the lady and i can go to. Something with a good porch would be ideal.

Just got back from a food vacation there.

Chez nous and xiao bao biscuit are amazing. Chez nous has a menu that changes daily and offers two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts. French style of cooking. Xiao bao has asian dishes from vietnam, Thailand, laos, etc. Awesome place.

Charleston grill is in the top ten meals I have ever had but is pricey.

Go to the rooftop bar Eleve at the Grand Bohemian hotel.

Spero and Butcher & Bee are great for sandwiches. Butcher & Bee has a very cochon butcher type feel to it. If you go to Spero get the bread flight.

Husk was good but we went for lunch and the menu was very limited.

Xiao bao biscuit will probably be the first place I go back to when I visit.

Here's a pretty good thread from July. There are other threads as it's a fairly frequently asked question.

You may want to change your title/subject. Sometimes 2 word title threads are anchored. Also, iAmBatman has been complaining about short thread titles on this board over on the Help Board.

Cru cafe is a great place to grab casual lunch or dinner. Make a reservation for either

Edmunds Oast was really good for brunch. Great beer selection. Great food

I love the gin joint to grab a really good cocktail.

I had dinner at Mcrady's last time i was there and it was really good, but pricey.

I was about to make this same thread the other day. One of the best breakfast places on earth is Hominy Grill. Really tremendous.
