Anywhere good? Rocky and Carlos?

Tony's used to blow away Rocky's, but the place where it used to be pales by comparison. I've never been a fan of Rocky's, though it does have some good dishes if you can handle the Chalmetteness of it all. Brewster's makes a damn good burger - on a French bread-style bun if you get the big one (wish I could find those buns in a store somewhere). They also make a really good tuna steak at a very cheap price. Ben's pizza is great- especially if you're fed up with the chain pizza joints. And their hot tamales are the next best thing to Manuel's.
ETA- I'd probably go Arabi Food Store over Rocky's.
Par 3 is pretty good, and Cafe Roma is good for what they do.
China Ruby is the best Chinese in da Parish.
