Just speculation on my part, don't have enough data to draw a conclusion.

That's all well and good. Your rating is still meaningless without actually eating the food.

You and I specifically are having a discussion about the validity of someone's opinion on a product they haven't tried, and one of us is looking pretty silly. I don't really care about the rest of it.

Your rating is worth the same even with trying the food because this is a frickin discussion forum. Or are you a Yelper in South Park?

Lol, but it's not the one you think. Companies love to know what gets people in the doors and what keeps people out of the doors.

No, it's not.

You're closer to that than I am.

Good, because I thought it was me.

Yea, the guy that sells out of his product is really having issues with getting customers.

Good idea. You can use all the new free time you have reviewing products you have never used on Amazon.

Anyone try the bone in bacon today ?

No way, legitimate reviews on Amazon gets me free shite. I'm not screwing with that to get busted by Amazon for something that is actually useful to me.

This thread on the other hand should be reserved for all that is Chef Rob.

Finally went today, no mention of this bacon and burnt ends only available on the sampler.

That said it was a very good lunch. Brisket and smoked sausage were excellent and the ribs were also very good. Brisket chili might have been the best thing I ate and the remalaude potato salad was excellent. Coleslaw was very average and they didn't have greens today which was very disappointing. Also thought the prices were fair and the wait wasn't very long.

Overall review, was good and I will definitely be back at some point. However the hours are a valid complaint, I can drive there from my house in 5 minutes and I would easily go at least several times a month if they were open for dinner. Also will probably not bring visitors there, again because I can't go for dinner.

How is this bone in bacon? Bacon is cured. This is just a spare rib with a strip of belly still attached. TigerWise/Rob maybe you can call this bellied ribs.

I'll have to slightly disagree with your thought process in this argument. Yes people can rate a product like brisket even if they haven't had it if they are basing it on price or assumed value. Yes, it may be really good or terrible. At the end of the day it's brisket, and it's value has a cap. If someone told you that "ABC Restaurant had the worlds best sandwich for $25". You'd be interested in it. What if you found out that sandwich was peanut butter and jelly made with store bought products? Guess what, it is what it is. And that peanut butter and jelly sandwich has a cap value on it.
