Does anyone know if these wines are dry?

Very comparable to a bottle of opus one properly stored for 5-7 years...

The Carlo Rossi Paisano with the 2010 vintage in the half gallon is preferable to their burgundy. It must be decanted for at least an hour before serving and as most know, served chilled to at least 45 degrees. enjoy. But really, wine is as only good as it tastes to you. Both the red and the burgundy are fairly dry. The Paisano is fruity. These are best served after several good bottles of wine once everyone's palate has been tainted. Kind of like serving the good beer before you pull out the natty light

When I buy wine I get the most I can for my dollar. I dont just sip on it.
