And if so is one 5oz bag sufficient for about 12lbs of a combination of Turkey necks, wings, and pork sausage? I'll be boiling the turkey until really tender which takes about 90 minutes.

Boiling meat in crawfish boil? Absolutely! Try boiling country ribs then grill them. Yummy.

I did this with a brisket one time. we were boiling crawfish and decided to re-season the water after the last sack and throw in a brisket. boiled it for 45 min. threw it on the pit and turned it every 30 minutes for 1 hour. wrapped in foil and turned it every 30 min for 2.5 hours. best brisket I ever ate.

We boiled crawfish one day, then after a few beers we decided that it would be a good idea to partial girl our steaks and finish them off in our crawfish boil. They ended up being really good.
