I am also interested, but I am mostly commenting to show solidarity with you that Pro Boil sucks.

I mean it just isn't good.

Why is it brown?

What pros use that shite?

I used it a couple of weeks ago, and I'm sticking with the Cajunland over Zatarain's. The past few times I use Zat's the seasoning proportions was too consistent.

Cajunland is my go to starter mix.

I add a small containerof celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple of bay leaves.

It doesn't have that smell that zat and louisiana boil has.

I can't figure out what the hell it is.

I like using Louisiana powder with a touch of zatairins liquid and a few pouches of boil in a bag thrown in. Add a large bottle of Louisiana hot sauce as well to give a little vinegar zing with it as well.

Thats what I do,
Cajunland was OK, but had a little orange flavor to it I didn't care for.

The reason pro boil sucks is bc it has like 3x less salt than the regular wtf! Now I used Cajunland today and I did 15 lbs of turkey necks and a sack of crawfish. Used two tubs. Changed the water each time. It was awesome. I gave some necks to my neighbor and this dude hollered back over the fence about how good the necks were! I'm
Never using anything else. 1.69 per lb crawfish too!

I still don't get this fascination with changing the water...to each their own

Just boil them in some water with a little lemon. Then sprinkle some seasoning after you take them out.

100% cajunland. It is my go to powder. Haven't used their liquid boil and don't plan to.
