Anybody here tried this? I saw it today in Veron's in Lutcher, so I thought I'd give it a try. Will post pics when I do it.

Yes, I have used it and like the jambalaya mix very much for a quick meal. I find it at Fresh Pickins here and in BR, I recommend it.

I've had it. Solid quick weekday meal.

I need to try it...I always doctor the mixes up with added onion & seasonings.....The Louisiana Fish Fry etouffee mix with added onion, hot sauce, slap yo mama, and more butter than what's called for makes the best crawfish etouffee that I've ever eaten.

I've had the "hot" pastalaya mix several times. I usually add chicken and/or sausage.
Quick, easy, and perfect for a week night meal.
I've found it at Matherne's and also Berry Town in Ponchy. I think LeBlanc's has it too.
