Cajun/creole restaurant in France

Paris to be exact....do you think it would work? I see they have about five of them already and one is rated in the top 250 restaurants in the city. The others are import grocery stores.

I just ate at an Incan restaurant in Madrid...so yes.

Kinda funny since the Spanish helped destroy the Incas.....the least they could do is let them open a restaurant in Madrid. I bet it's like some sort of revenge thing they are plotting. Kind of like Homeland......or montezumas revenge

I caught a story recently that was saying American chefs are "the trend" right now in Paris.
